Friendies :)

Prepare for lots of pictures!!! Yay ;)

Abby has made the best of friends since we've moved into this neighborhood. They play almost every morning at the park next to our house. They absolutely LOVE each other, and it's so cute for me to see as a Mama. Considering we've been moving around so much in hotels, not the best place for kids which I regret. Anyways, the oldest one of the sisters is Isabella who will be in kindergarten with Abby this August. Then the other two are Emma, and their little bother Davis. There Mama is also expecting again. Woo hoo!
 Abby looked precious.
 Isabelle, Emma, and Abby. :)
They LOVE to hunt the millions (seriously no lie) of lady bugs and rolli pollies in the field/park next door!
It's hilarious how excited they get, and then how protective they get, but if one starts crawling up Emma's arm (three year old)...she completely loses it, ha ha!!

"Ring around the Rosie, pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes, we all fall down."
Sorry, had to.Just lost some serious cool points. =/
Oh can you say future diva!?
Riding bikes at our church. This is a little hill they love to ride down to get going really fast! Oh yeah, Abby got a big girl bike. Isn't it cute!? And don't you love her dolphin helmet? Ha ha!
The three best friends that anyone could have. ;)
Sorry again lol.

This summer and school year will be a blast with these girlies!

Easter 2013 (pre wreck)

Last Saturday we took the kids to a church membera anual egg hunt. This house was our absolute DREAM home! Complete with a farm, beautifulllll enourmous home, a private lake with dock, "Jesus donkeys" galore, cows, horses, doggies, even the chicken coops looked like mini apartments lol!!! Abby had so much fun hunting eggs and really got into it this year, Cole not so much just yet. He did love the animals and running around the land though!!:)

On Sunday we visited our potential new church. Which was a beautiful walk right at the end of our short block. I just remember Abby being so excited to be dropped off in her class room, and being nervous to hand off my big boy. Then listening  to the most beautiful Easter service, in a beyond gorgeous church right on the bay! Then we took pictures and went for a relaxing walk on the pier. Easter started out to be an amazing turn in our life course with God...here are some pictures from that morning/afternoon. Before the nightmare began.

Foley BBQ Fest/Gulf Shores Beach

Warning: *Sorry if I mispell words my Clavicle is broken and this is left handed. I couldn't sleep from pain ao why not blog?*

Anyways, so! A couple weekends ago we took the kids to the Foley, AL BBQ/Tractor Festival bevause Gerldgot off super early! We saw it and decided to stop by. Why not? We were sooo glad we did! It was at the old train exhibit and was lots of fun! Not to mention the food was ahhhmazing (yumm makes me want more), and so was the community, town, and beautiful train exhibit!! The kids had lots of fun dancing, pigging out. and bouncing on the moon walk with Mama (maybe I had fun on that too ;))!

Over all it was a good weekend, and once again we live in the best area in Alabama hands down! Love Baldwin County!!

Catching up continued...

The the next day around lunch after Cole's nap we packed up sandwhiches, snacks, toys, our pack and play, etc. for a beach day Daddy'a only off day! The weather was perfect, and Cole loves the beach just like his mommy and sissy! No surprise there, but was prettt surprising was his obsession with the seagulls... Mama...not so much. I hate them, like terrified! I totally blame the movie "Birds" for my fear lol! However, my boy takes after his "Dada" on fearlessness..so I shouldn't have been so surprised, and maybe should prepare for a stressful like ahead with my little dare devil ;)

It was a good day, we even got a lite sprinkle for a couple of minutes. Which was so relaxing in the heat

Spring Fever

We have definitely taken advantage of the beautiful weather that has been around lately! I think that's why we love the gulf coast so much. It's so much fun, beautiful, and hardly ever too too cold. We even road along on Daddy's off day this Sunday to Gulf Shores (where he is working his routes right now..praying he will be in Mobile asap). We aren't allowed to go, but this was a super quick thing he had to drop by. The customer was soo sweet and Abby met her a few little friends. The couple had a similar career when moving down here, and offered some valuable school, housing, and just good advice. (That we didn't even ask for haha..all Gerald mentioned was we weren't from the coast.) People are soo sweet here!

Anyways, so it was good to see the beach, beautiful weekend. Even prettier week ahead. Here are some pictures of my sweet kiddos!! Cole is 13 months and Abby is of course 5 and one month (as she says now that she has heard me saying that for Cole;))

P.s. There is a picture below of Abby at one year, and Cole in comparison. They can't deny each other when they're older, and I love it! :)

Please keep our family in your prayers, specifically that Gerald lands a welding jobs. He has applied to many now it's the waiting game/keeping on at it at the same time. Things are looking very hopeful though. God has a plan and loves us! He is so good! I hate that we can't continue to go to Epic Church in Decatur, but let me tell yah watching online service is the highlight of my week!

Have a beautiful week/spring break for some of you :)

Jesus Calling

I still can't believe the last few months have felt like a dream. One thing after the next. We didn't like New York, Tennessee, or New Jersey at ALL. So we feel so much at home back in south Alabama. We will officially be back in Daphne in one more week. Right now we're staying an hour out to because of Gerald's current, new, job. Long story short...never go into cable. Everyone we have met, including his boss now has had many similar circumstances that Gerald has experienced.

Anyways, God has a plan, and has made things happen this year when honestly I thought nothing was going to, and I'm learning to put ALL my trust into Him! The book Jesus Calling is amazing, and has helped me realize a lot the past week I've been reading it. Highly recommend it!

As I've talked about all of February (and maybe January too ;)) My babies turned five and one! I still can't believe it! I wish I had taken pictures of Cole's first party/cake and small gathering (that he slept through lol) and Abby's present opening/ritual candle fear haha bless her shy heart, but the party didn't go quite as planned, unfortunately, and we had a fun day. I hadn't planned to need my camera, or I would have brought one. Anyways, we'll get good pictures and be much more prepared next year. It will be super fun here at the beach, since Abby will have met her little kindergarten buddies, and Cole will have daycare buddies too! ;)

Speaking of school I can't wait to enroll her somewhere! Baldwin County schools are great so any would be a pretty much equal choice. Gerald has a welding test for one of the biggest companies in Mobile this week! If he gets it, he will start within weeks, get benefits and all the things our family needs!! The hiring boss sounds very excited so please keep this opportunity in your prayers. It would really mean a lot to our kiddos :)
