I just wanted to post on the rest of our Atlanta trip. Saturday night we went ou to eat with Gerald's parents and sisters, and some of our FHTM team at a place called Durangos, we had a good time and the food was pretty good. We woke up this morning to pack up our things, and we heard fire trucks. They ended up being at our hotel, a 26 year old girl at the end of OUR hall was found dead this morning. Her dad found her, he said she called him last night and told him to come wake her up at 11am, and when he did he found her. I can't imagine finding my child dead, God bless her family. We don't know what happened to her.. if she died of natural causes or if she was killed, and it is killing me not knowing. We were asleep, or awake because we stayed up late, while someone was dying down the hall.. creepy!

Anyways, we walked to the Hard Rock (in the misting rain haha) and ate lunch with Gerald's dad. Thats such a fun place to eat because you get to see all the cool things in it! After that we walked over to the aparral mart to meet his mom and sisters. I was amazed at home big that place is, 13 floors of nothing but show rooms with fashion! We went up to the top because it is like a big circle and the middle is open...well we looked down and it got our stomach haha, every time! There were so many cute things though. Gerald's mom registered us into the computer so we can go back for free whenever they have it which is pretty cool because it's a little bit cheaper to buy stuff there. By the time there is another one we will be Executives in FHTM [making a lottta money haha]

Well anyways that was our day and we made it back to good 'ol Decatur around 10:00 tonight. We are staying at Gerald's parents tonight then going home tomorrow. Abby was SOO excited to see us! It was the sweetest thing, and i'm so happy to be back with her. It was hard to be away from her for 3 days, it seemed like a week! I can't wait for her birthday party next Sunday.

Well i'm exhausted so i'm going to go climb in a comfy bed, no more nasty hotel bed, yayy!!!!

A First For Me!

I haven't wrote in a while I have been kind of busy. Well we just got to Atlanta Friday afternoon. It's my first time to be here, and I know this may sound crazy but I would love to move here. Me and Gerald have wanted to move out of Decatur for a while now, thats all we talk about for our future (is to move to a city like New York/LA/San Diego.) We really will if we can get a job somewhere. It will probably be a while but we are seriously thinking about it. We can live anywhere and build our Fortune business so why not experience different places while we are young? Because I know for sure Decatur is NOT the place for us :)

We aren't here for fun though, even though we have had fun, or I have - seeing the city for the first time. I am such a small town girl that it amazes me to see buildings this big, it's like i'm a kid in a candy store. Gerald is like "Tiffany wait until you see New York, this is nothing compared to the buildings there." haha but they still are big to me! I love seeing the random pretty horse carraige rides going down the street haha... that really shocked me.

Anyways, we are really here for a FHTM convention "Georgia Explosion".. we got to see Paul Orberson Friday night (the owner of the company) and a few others. Then today we were there from 9am to 4pm, thats a long time for me to sit and listen to people talk. There were some great speakers there though so it was well worth it! Todd Rowland (our upline and number 1 guy in the company) spoke. It was a really inspiring event, I wish our whole team could of been there because it really helped a lot. I can't wait to get home and start working the business! The last speaker today was really touching, I started tearing up. He was a guy that fell 60 feet from a construction site a while back and is now in a wheel chair. His nurse introduced the business to him while checking his blood pressure, long story short he is about to receive his first Lexus! How great is that? That just shows anyone can succeed in this. FHTM is going to be huge, it is huge already, if you haven't heard about it, you need to. Ask me.. I would be glad to tell you, it doesn't matter who you are, I promise it is the business for you!

So now we are back at the hotel resting, we didn't get into bed until 1:30 last night. We were out to eat until like 11 something last night at this REALLY good Italian restaurant called Maggiano's. We got SO much food, I wish I could post a picture haha. Seriously me, Gerald, Tasha, Christen, Gerald's mom, and his dad could of all shared one plate.. and still had left overs! We also ate at a place called The Varsity, kinda like a old drive in diner. Gerald's dad said we had to eat there because it's a legend haha! It was a experience, when we walked in employees were screaming "Watch yah have?" Or something like that, and there were like 100 employees it seemed like!

I will try to post some pictures when we get home. I miss Abby SOOOOOOOO much, I call and talk to her on the phone and she sounds so cute saying "Hey Mommy." I can't wait for her hugs and kisses :) Well i'm going to try to take a nap before we go eat later.

God Bless The People In Haiti

I haven't posted in a while I know. I have literally just been too sore to sit at the computer haha! Me and Gerald started the P90X workout program a few days ago, and it is kicking my butt! My entire body is sore. It really is a great workout though, I would recommend it to anyone. It last 90 days. Your suppose to be in the best shape of your life after 90 days, so we'll see how well it works for us. I'll pot a picture of our huge muscles after =) haha jussst kiddingggg!

So we have been watching a 20/20 show of the earthquake in Haiti, and my heart goes out to those people. I seriously wish I could do something to help! All those babies and children, I couldn't imagine going through what those people are going through! I just can't believe it, God bless them :( And I think the things those children are going through even prior to the earthquake is just awful (like being sold or traded). Just awful! Being a mother it really touches me.

Anyways, to get off that sad subject. Abby is changing so much! Here is a picture of her piggy tails, and high heels the other day:

We had our first FHTM meeting since like before Christmas last night, it was really good. Gerald had a woman come that we told on Myspace, and she says she is probably going to sign up. It was awkward, because i'm a shy person, NOT a sales person at all...but at least we know Myspace CAN work for marketing our business haha!

I'm still trying to find a job. I am actually trying to get on at Huntsville hospital as like a nursing assistant or anesthesia tech, I hope and pray, and hope and pray, and hope and pray...etc.. that I do haha! Courtney (I've known her since I was a little girl) is helping me out, kinda giving me ideas on what to do.. and she is helping me so much just by talking to me about it, haha. I am only 18 and it's really difficult with no mom or dad, haha I have a mom and I love her, but we do not get along anymore :( I also might go through this surgical tech program, it's like a 6 month school at Huntsville Hospital. (I think) I'm not too sure on the details, but I do know it cost so I don't know if I'm going to be able to do it anytime soon. Everything is seeming like it's turning around, hopefully this will be a good year :)

We'll i'll post more later because i'm going to get ready for bed. I'm working at Frankie's tomorrow!!

Over The Weekend

So we ended up staying in this weekend, of course we are such homebodies :)

Haha! So Friday we just hung out at home and watched Jennifer's Body, it was pretty good and somewhat scary, kinda nasty though! Saturday I took Abby to meet Mary Caitlin around 12am. Mary took her out to her house and to a basketball game. She also got her some presents for Christmas that Abby loves!! She got a baby that giggles, a new PHONE (her favorite), polka dotted sunglasses that are so cute, play jewelry, a baby diaper bag with a bib and a little food tray for the baby, a really cute dress up skirt and butterfly wings, and she got some food for her kitchen! We have been having fun with that, it was so nice of them :)

Okay so Imet Mary Caitlin at Target around 9:30 to pick up miss Abby. I could tell she had a blast! After that I went to pick up my cousin Katie and she came to stay with us for the night. I love when she comes over, Abby loves her too! So we all watched The Perfect Getaway and it was SO good. I would recommend going to rent it! The next morning we woke up and watched My Sisters Keeper, oh my goodness I cried, and cried, and cried. That has to be one of the saddest movies of all time! Katie went home shortly after the movie was over because she starts classes today, good luck Katie :)

Well, anyways Sunday was just laid back we didn't do much. Today I've been putting in applications again and just playing with all of Abby's new toys!!

Gerald made pigs in a blanket for breakfast and they were SO GOOD. He is such a good cook, i'm lucky. Because i'm not yet.. i'm still learning :)

I can't WAIT to watch The Bachelor tonight, AGH! I can't believe that girl did that to him, but I can't wait to see it haha?? Mean.

Bama Did It

So Alabama won the Nation Championship, thats great for them, congrats to all you Bama fans! I felt so bad for Colt McCoy though. Anyways, last night was fun, we watched the game for a little while here at home with Gerald's friend and Abby, she was so funny saying "Rollll Tide" (Gerald's friend had her saying it because he's a Bama fan). After a little while we decided to go up to BB Perrins and that was a lot of fun, we hadn't been anywhere in a while so it was good to see people. Gerald got to see some of his old friends from highschool, and Mary Caitlin and her boyfriend Alex were there..and some others we knew too. Benny had free drinks when Alabama won..can't beat that ;) 

After that we decided we since we never do anything that we would stay out a little later (we never do this). So I called my lovely cousin Katie and begged her to come out with us, and she said okay so we headed allll the way across town to get her. Then we all went over to Rio and Rodney's apartment, hadn't seen them in a while so that was fun too. I was so happy to be out of the house haha! After that we headed home and ended up in the bed at FOUR AM. I was like what in the world are we doing up right now, but it was all fun and worth it.

We are suppose to go out AGAIN this weekend and hangout with some friends that we haven't seen in a while, Taylor and Seth. Can't wait, but I don't know where i'm gonna get the energy after last night hahaha! I'm a homebody. Anyways, a note on Abby, I came in last night and was holding her and she threw up all over me, she seems fine and over her stomach virus.. but I have no clue why it happened. Hopefully it was just something she ate I don't want her to go through that again :(

I will take pictures of our "adventures" this weekend and post them. Haha!

Snow Day

I figured I would post about the Alabama snow we woke up to this morning!! It was so pretty and Abby loved it, she did get cold after a while and wanted to come back inside.. but i'm glad she got to experience it. This was the first time she's ever been in the snow so that was exciting!

Well now we are all warm inside and anxiously waiting on the big National Championship game to come on tonight, i'm so excited!! I know i'm a Auburn fan, but I go for Alabama when they aren't playing Auburn and I really want them to win, they deserve it. I think Rolando McClain is so good and it's cool that he is from Decatur High, can't wait to see him play it makes it more fun to watch haha. I think Gerald's friend is going to come over and watch it with us, so I might make some dip or something!

Well i'm getting off here to go eat some brocoli and cheese and potatoe soup that Gerald's mom made (it is soo good). I know it seems like I always post about food so far hahaha!

All Better

Hey Ya'll!

I'm glad to say that little miss Abby is feeling 100% better this morning, she back to her normal self. Talking in Chinese non-stop :)

She is learning so many words though, it's not all Chinese anymore, it is so crazy to hear her saying things like "Daddy mommy is calling you"..she started doing that a week ago, when i'm calling for Gerald she'll go tell him for me haha it is so funny. We passed by the hospital this morning and she said "Abby sick I need to go doctor." Seriously, that is a lot of words to come out of her mouth at once, and they made sense haha (Even though she really wasn't sick). She got a Tag Junior for Christmas, we have to get batteries for it because we are out, but I can't wait to see how that helps her with reading, or if it even does. That would be awesome, I love all the Leap Frog toys they do something other than just entertain, they actually help kids learn! She also got a leapster but it's too mature for her, maybe when she gets closer to 3 she will be able to use it. We should of saved our money and waited on it, I don't know what we were thinking hahaha!

Anyways, well right now Abby is playing in her room all by herself, i'm liking how she is entertained mostly on her own now, it kinda gives us a break. Soon i'm going to have to figure out what we are going to get her for her birthday, seems like Christmas was just yesterday! Agh holidays are so expensive, and it's only going to get worse as she gets older haha! If anyone wants to get her a birthday present she loves Dora, Gerald's friend got her a little cell phone with Dora on it and she lovesss it.

Me and Gerald...well mostly Gerald is working our FHTM business 24/7 now it seems like, he is always online. One day it will pay off, and starts booming. I hope anyway. I really wish I could find a job so we could get our own place. We have been living with my mom for about a year now, and it is SO hard. I don't think anyone can have a family and live with their parents for THIS long.  It would change so much for us because truly we don't really get along with my mom so that makes it twice as hard! Our new year resolution is to get our own place so we can start feeling normal again, happy again. I have been praying non stop that I find a job opportunity, I have put in applications so hopefully someone will call me :)

Well i'm going to get off here and put some icing on a cake I made, haha I know our life isn't really exciting i'm sorry.

Hey Everyone!

My name is Tiffany, i'm sure you know if you are reading this haha! I decided to do this because I saw my fiance's sister's blog that she just started and I thought it was a really good idea. Hers is really cute and i'm still trying to figure out how to do everything, if you have any tips let me know! I'm so glad i'm going to be able to sort of document our life and how our little girl is growing, because she sure is growing fast. I just wish I would've started when she was first born, oh well. Abby is almost two now and I can't believe it, her birthday is coming up fast and i'm trying to think of a fun party theme, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. She is sick today unfortunately, this is the first time she has ever had a stomach bug and I feel so bad for her. She can't keep any food down, and really doesn't have an appetite.. she finally fell asleep a few minutes ago so I figured I would hurry and make my first post while I had some time to spare! Poor baby, hopefully she will feel better tomorrow. Well i'm going to eat dinner, spaghetti, mmm! I can't wait to post tomorrow... this is so exciting to me haha!
